Tak and the Power of Juju (2003) was a commercial success which led to a much more well-received sequel called Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams (2004). It is basically the first game with similar themes from Inception (2010).
Tak has to experience a deep sleep and stop various villains from using the Staff of Dreams. The game included four new Juju that were not seen in the previous game. The game was completely linear and never open world. Instead of Nerbils, the Woodies (a group of wood like hostile Natives) are shown throughout the real world part of the game.
The Staff of Dreams is the first Tak game to offer multiplayer as characters can be unlocked by the singleplayer campaign.
The story is much more rich and improved upon the first game’s mistakes. Tak 2 can be found on the PS2, Xbox, GameCube and GameBoy Advance.
