Timeless Classics: The Lion King (1994)

Pretty much anybody who loves kid-friendly/Disney films loves The Lion King (1994) and there are a lot of reasons why before the 2019 CGI remake premieres.

Everybody knows the story of Simba (Matthew Broderick) but I am getting deeper into it with this Timeless Classic.

The kids classic had very memorable songs from “Circle of Life” to “Can You Feel The Love Tonight”, where the latter won Best Original Song with Elton John and Tim Rice writing all five songs.

Grief can be a tough subject but it was introduced to children of all ages at the right manner without causing too much sadness. That’s why “Hakuna Matata” taught kids the Swahili phrase that means “no worries”.

It is not only perfect for kids, but perfect for every age group.
