Timeless Classics: Ice Age

Timeless Classics: Ice Age

If there is one animated film of 2002 that made kids and adults interested, it is Ice Age (2002).

It is about a mammoth named Manny (Ray Romano) who meets a sloth named Sid (John Leguizamo), a neanderthal kid (Tara Strong), and a saber-toothed tiger named Diego (Denis Leary), who was after the child.

The three animals have to survive in an ice age inexplicably caused by Scrat, a prehistoric rodent who is always after his acorn. He is pretty much the Wile E. Coyote of the franchise, who always fails at his efforts.

While the iconic film produced four follow ups from 2006 to 2016, this and the first follow-up: Ice Age The Meltdown (2006) are the most remembered.

Ice Age is a great prehistoric kids animated film for the ages.
