Just after the death of Sega Dreamcast, an extended version of Sonic Adventure 2 (2001) known as Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (2002) was released for the Nintendo GameCube.
As with Sonic Adventure DX (2003), the game had upgraded visuals and extra features. The multiplayer modes have increased by many and gave a better variety to the gameplay. The menus can be customized with audio from the characters instead of just one menu for the game.
Even though it did not correct the original game’s faults, it added onto it.
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is a prize for a special victory.
