Timeless Classics: Men in Black 3

Timeless Classics: Men in Black 3

Men in Black 3 (2012) is an exciting, heart-pounding, funny and great conclusion to the Men in Black film trilogy that began in 1997 with Men in Black (1997) and Men in Black II (2002).

Agent J (Will Smith) had been in the MIB for ten years alongside Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones). However, a time-traveling alien known as Boris (Jemaine Clement) killed a young K (Josh Brolin) during the Apollo 11 launch. So, J has to time jump to 1969 and save his future partner from death.

Time travel is a great way to address the conclusion of the iconic Men in Black films and it worked out nicely. However, unlike Men in Black II, the aliens were not represented as women again, nor does Frank the pug reappear. But, the film gave people a lesson that you cannot change the past but you can learn from it.

Men in Black 3 is a visual delight as the previous two films that have gave us some great memories that were not erased.
